Q) What if my guest forgets to bring the barcode or barcode does not work?
A) Backup list of seating arrangement with barcodes will be provided. They just have to find their names in the list and we will scan their barcode.
Q) I've got last minute changes in my seating arrangement!
A) Tell us 2 hours before the wedding starts and we will make the changes in the database. Tell us 1 day in advance and we will print the updated back up list.
Q) A family of 4 = 4 barcodes?
A) A family of 4 requires only 1 barcode, only if they are sitting in the same table. For example, it can be registered as "Uncle Lim & Fam". Once the barcode is scanned, the table number will be shown, and 4 seats will be occupied.
Q) What if the barcode is scanned wrongly?
A) The status of all guests can be changed in the event that it is scanned wrongly.
